- Bank Fees: Your bank may charge for statement downloads (check with your bank)
- Currency Conversion: If you use multiple currencies, live exchange rates are used for display only - no fees from Fiacore
- Internet Access: Standard data charges from your internet provider apply
6. Refund Policy
Since Fiacore is currently free, refunds don't apply. If we introduce paid features in the future:
- Subscriptions will have a 14-day cooling-off period under UK Consumer Rights
- Pro-rata refunds will be available for annual plans cancelled early
- Refund requests will be processed within 10 business days
